So, let's say I have the most annoying rebel scum Biggs in my sights. He does have a few other xwings nearby.

Sloane is in command. I jump Biggs with an Interceptor, roll 6 dice (Howl is near and I have flight controllers). I roll four hits and two accuracies.

One accuracy spends a brace due to Sloane. The other accuracy locks the other brace. Biggs transfers one damage to a nearby Xwing, and then takes three damage.

is this accurate?

If you go strict by the rules, yes. A spend brace by sloane cannot be spend again in this attack.

If this was the intention from the designer it will be answered the next FAQ (maybe).
