Fleet created with Armada Warlords

This idea is intriguing to me - As I was listbuilding for a separate concept, I realized that for 200 points, I could have a Vic2 with DC, GT, and QBT, and 4 Gozantis. 5 activations for just 1/2 of my points. In recent games, I've been using Gozantis to push damage on ships more - CF commands and double arcing are more effective than you'd expect out of a flotilla. Given that, I originally added an Interdictor as a 6th ship, for various shenanigans, but decided that I liked the damage potential of a second Vic better. My 80-point squadron screen isn't likely to win many squadron engagements, but it might just be enough to act as a screen while 2 Vics pound their carriers from long range. The Lambda allows for some Strategic shenanigans, as well as Relay for the Gozantis, but it's not a core part of the list.

This list can take either first or 2nd - 6 activations can almost guarantee last-first shenanigans against anything but a dedicated MSU list. Going second lets me rack up points with the objectives while forcing the enemy to come to me. Slow-rolling the vics at Speed 1 on top of the contested outpost, or in front of 2 stations in the corner for station assault seems like a decent way to play to the strengths of the list.

One possibility would be to drop one of the Gozantis and add SW-7s or Ion Cannon Batteries to the Vics, and either take a 10 or so point bid or add Tua+ECM to the flagship. I just like the idea of 2 Vics and 6 activations, though.

Maybe you could drop a VSD and add a Demo and another Gozanti? You mentioned that you like last-first, and the Demo can easily do that. It has about as much firepower as a VSD when it gets a nice double arc.

Though if you do swap that VSD, Motti doesn't really do anything with this fleet. Jerry would be nice instead.

Eh, it's an idea, and probably a very good one. Demo just isn't a favorite of mine. I really like the idea of overlapping fields of victory fire.

I'm still a little concerned about Motti, he tends to like large base ships, and you only have 2 medium and 4 small base ships. I think Jerry would be nice.
