My two fleet ideas...Good/bad/ugly?

So I'm working on a few new fleet ideas, and I'm wondering which one is better:

Admiral Screed's Up-Close-And-Personal Fleet

Basically dump as many dice into them as possible.

- Ordnance Experts ( 4 points)

= 77 total ship cost

- Admiral Sloane ( 24 points)
- Minister Tua ( 2 points)
- Reinforced Blast Doors ( 5 points)

Using fighters to tie down defense tokens, then smack them with Demo and the VSD.

Thoughts?

In the first fleet, there aren't many ships that have special crit abilities (only the Demo). So you might be better off with another admiral.

In the second fleet, you might do better with Ordnance Experts on the Raider, since you have plenty of squadrons to tie up the enemy.
