Have you seen the official FFG acrylic defense tokens? They're a third smaller than the cardboard ones. I dislike them a lot.

Official stuff is is not always as good as third party products....

You don't like em? I do, but I don't like how the Evade is clear but the Brace is not. The smaller tokens makes them fit better in my command deck.

I could like a better movement tool. There seems to be lots of give in the plastic movement tools. I have had in a couple of friendly games where we wanted to back track a ship that was just moved. However we could not get it back in the same spot because the movement tool had so much give in a couple of spots that we could not figure out how he actually got to where the ship was from where it left.

Nope. My friend Destraa has a set from a third party, and they're the exact correct size and beautifully done. Getting me some next paycheck.

I got some 3rd party ones. Range 1, Range 5, Close, Medium, Long. I forget who they are from but they are all accurate to the card board. Ironically, a week after I got them I won the SC double sided one.

Oh, I've had acrylic range rulers since wave one. I was talking about defense tokens, lol.

From whom? If I can't get an official SC one that's accurate (off ebay, I'll have no opportunity here, there are no SCs), then I'll have to resort to 3rd party, as my stuff are beginning to become bent and I don't want them to fall apart on me.

I'm a big fan of Recreator Studios' cut to length range rulers.

I got my original ones from Corsec Engineering, but a friend has the Recreator ones and I think they're better

I think I got Recreator... the one with the eye as a logo. They are really nice. I got transparent red and blue. Matches pretty nicely with the SC ones.

Yeah, got an SC one a couple of weeks ago, so my Corsec ones are sitting with my rebel fleet....in case I ever use them...which isn't likely.

Yep, they're super accurate. I had heard horror stories of other manufacturers allowing for some wiggle room so it's the first thing I checked.

Thank you very much! They seem a bit pricey, but as I gather that they are more accurate than FFG ones (and have ALL the ranges - so convenient!) I will probably get them.

Anyone use Cog O Two? I'm curious as to how accurate they are - I have an SC one and it's terrible.

Really? My SC one matches my original cardboard almost exactly. Hmm.

Mine is a few mm out. I think it's the green 2016 one.

Last I checked mine very accurate, and their squad ruler innovation is divine.

The 2016 green is pretty much exact with the 2017 SC. It is the 2016 regionals that was short.

I got a full set of their rulers, command tokens, and defence tokens the other day, and managed to accidentally leave the squadron rulers out of the order. Gutted. They looked the business. Think I'll have to put in one just for them.

Highly likely they might do it sooner or later since they have done it for x-wing. however one hurdle they have to overcome is the amount of variation in the plastic stands, connecting the base to the ship. Small ships are usually a straight shaft while imps have different sizes of curved, solid stands, and the most unique being the af2 stand. It is a matter of how they will package these in the colored bases pack. One type of stand for each base? I dunno.
