The dude in the art work looks a LOT like Star Lord from Guardians of the Galaxy?

I have actually always been weirded out by this art! Who is this guy?!?

I think it's a Clone Wars thing? He seems to be shooting two Clone Troopers, but the background looks like Tatooine. If anyone can clear this up for me, I'd be really happy!

Well it is all Disney, so who knows what shenanigans they will pull. Here's to hoping we don't see Iron Man in the next set.

When I first saw the art the thought ran across my mind, but I haven't given it much thought since then.

I for one, love that they are doing generic heroes/villains of different races in addition to the recognizable star wars peeps. It provides a "larger world" scenario while also providing inspiration for RPG's and other imagination fueled fun.

For example, I totally want to assume this guy is an alien, I can come up with an alien race and a character concept of a heavily armored scoundrel who specializes in drawing his weapons quickly and dual-wielding pistols. He will be anti-Imperial, but maybe not the most "heroic" of characters, and maybe even a villain.

Glad to hear you're thinking of making up a story for him! I think it would be cool if a bunch of fans put together a book of short stories about the characters on various cards. For example, the Rodian Jedi on Force Throw seems really cool to me, because he seems to be throwing a Jedi Holocron at somebody, so he's potentially a dark Jedi? I also want to hear the story of the father and son team who are the central characters of the card Cheat!

OHMIGOSH!!! How did I never notice that kid there!?!?!

This will be done. They will be met in a Cantina by the player character, and they will try to swindle them all out of their money.
