Anyone else think there should have been a "Phoenix Home" or "Phoenix Nest" Title included in the Quasar expansion to allow for the ship to be played by the Rebel Alliance?

Yeah, the best Ruthless Strategist platform in the game and flight conrollers? For cheaper than an AFMKII? That's why Rebs would want it.
I prefer to keep the factions separate. Last thing we need is zombie Biggs tying down all the squads while a Rebel Quasar is taking potshots and ruthless strategists pinging them all for 1 while Biggs laughs at our helplessness.
Does the Empire get Hammerheads in return? No, you say? Then heck no, the Rebs don't get a Quasar title. It's about time the Empire got some loving....
I would love for a imp title for neb-b and a rebel quasar for thematic reasons.
Cross faction IMO would be great, but would need restrictions to keep faction advantage/disadvantages. I.e. imp tankyness and rebel manouverability (generalisation)

The Rebels can have a cross faction Quasar, when FFG evens up the number of ships per faction...

I could see a campaign box set having Rebel missions that allow them to steal some small and medium based ships during the campaign. I doubt they'll be creating any cross-faction items for regular play, however.
It would be interesting to have a single unique title that allows you to take a Quasar. Maybe it bumps up the cost significantly or you lose some of the upgrade slots.

- It is for a majority, but its not the only reason, and for quite a few, the Star Wars Theme means nothing.... A Few people even "hate" the star wars theme involved.
I could see cross faction titles as part of a campaign setting.

Edit: This is a game which happens to have a Star Wars theme. The proposal must make sense from a balance, design space, etc perspective. The game part is more important.
