The weapon is still a melee weapon, which is what (I believe) all of Diala's abilities specify. So yes.

The key is in the abilities that you want to use. If it specifies that it's triggered when attacking with a melee weapon then yes. But if it's triggered by a melee attack then no.

Dancing Weapon is specifically worded to be a ranged attack performed with a melee weapon and Precise Strike and Snap Kick only ask for a weapon type (attack with a melee weapon), and do not care about the attack type.
