Might be a strange place to post this, but I've a group of about 5-6 guys that need a good GM. All but two have experience in the system and all have tons of Star Wars knowledge. Preferred weekend play on regular, frequent intervals.
LF GM in Austin
you could always come play FATG we play twice a month
I know this is an old post, but we’re you guys able to find a GM?
GMs are few and far between. The GM/PC ratio has to be like 1:15 or something.
@Barton433 , we did find a GM but the game seems to have fizzled. We're on a hiatus at least through the end of this month. I don't have a lot of hope that it will pick back up.
I'm an experienced GM and SW junkie who's new to the FFG Star Wars system. Live in NW Austin and would be interested in running something.

I usually try to get any kids that start playing to implement a rotational GM deal so that everyone is forced to try out GM'ing at least a few times while still young and not set in their ways.
It's helped a lot, apparently, as the number one obstacle to players switching to GM'ing is that they think it'll be too much work.
It really isn't.
A supplementary solution may be Play-by-Post. It helps when live gaming is only once a month or bi-monthly. Easy to check in, or get email notifications. Let's you always have something on the back burner for Star Wars.

Also, roll20. Not only is it (arguably) easier and more convenient than physical maps, drawn tokens, remembered initiative, and pencil/paper character sheets, it allows for playing regardless of geography.
