the imperial ban that allows you to get one influence if you recieve less than 3 influence. does that apply to forced mission, please back up your points so i don't have to say FFG said...

Forced Missions are missions, and Constant Advantage says "At the end of each mission", so it applies to forced missions as well.
You don't need to say "FFG said", just interpret the cards literally. Did you just play a mission? Yes. Did heroes and imperial player receive rewards? Yes. So, this is end of a mission, and Constant Advantage triggers.
