So a friend of mine just picked up this game and we are playing it for the first time tonight. We are in the setup phase, placing neutral units. We only have 4 Giant figures and it looks like we are supposed to have 6 on the game board (there are 3 tiles which have the giant symbol and the number 2 next to it). Are we doing something wrong or did we just get shortchanged on giants?

Take a look at the FAQ on the Support page for the game (You can find it going to Catalog > Board Games > Runewars > Support). The Giants in the 3 and 6 tiles should only have ONE each; the only place that has 2 is the one in the "2" tile.
