Rebel lists are like Latin to me. I kind of understand some of it but generally it's pretty unintelligible.
The stuff that's out and about nowadays, with Miranda in it...is there usually an initiative bid? Or do those run the full 100 points?

Looking at http://lists.starwarsclubhouse.com/search with "p=miranda and type=store" and sorting by date to look at recent Miranda squads from Store Champs, I'm seeing mostly 100 point builds, with a few at 99 and one or two with larger bids.
PS 8 generally isn't worth the bid, as there seems to be a lot more 7 and 9+ than 8 right now. And any meaningful bid 2-3 points is another bomb (actually 2) or missile Miranda isn't taking.
If you're toting Miranda and a PS 2 Warden, you generally want the initiative, IMHO. That way, you know where your target is when you want to drop Action bombs.

There's a search help link somewhere on that site. You can search by pilot, ship, upgrade, tournament level, and some other criteria.
Most Miranda lists have both action and reveal bombs in the arsenal, so they don't realllly care about who has initiative. If she moves first, she just pops action bombs (Cluster/Connor usually) on the aces face, or she moves after the PS8 and can use reveal bombs (Ion, Thermal and soon to be Bomblet Generator) with full knowledge. Either way is fine!

This. She can manage either way, so there's no point in bidding unless the rest of your list needs it.
