And then they could redo Command tokens, one per quarter, since a LOT of people missed out on the first round of them.

I would prefer command and defence tokens to be one of each in a pack and just repeated each quarter.

I think they want to avoid overdoing tokens, though. Defense tokens being a store champ/regional champ thing is far enough. If they start doing them at Nationals and Worlds, that would be rough because so few people would be able to get them. As it is, it's tough to get all of the commanders, because many of those are Nationals/Worlds, and darn expensive on Feebay.

The other side is production.

You won't see 1x of each of 4x tokens, because that involves 4 times the setup cost each quarter for the acrylic production.

Whereas spacing them out, you simply have 1x the setup cost and 4x the actual repeat production. Which makes more business sense.
