Sorry if this has been covered but I cant find an answer, When we use his special ability to add an extra tray of reanimates, are there rules about how/where we attach the tray to the existing formation? I am assuming it has to replace lost trays but what if it is say a 3X3 formation with no casualties? Where can I attach it? front row to make it 433?

First fill up the last row, if it is a full row, add a new row (to max of 4 rows). You never can't add a tray to the first row, cause it is already full (just with one tray only).
