It is regarding two talents. The "Combat mastery" talent and the "Double team" talent. If i have combat mastery and im being attacked by oponents with double team (I cancel the basic ganging up bonus), do they have the +20 bonus to WS or it is cancelled by my talent as well?

I would say that since it is an additional bonus to the normal ganging up rules it is cancelled as well.

Combat master is worded so that any ganging up bonus is cancelled, not say, "The normal bonus for ganging up"

If you both have this Talent you both gain an additional +10 bonus, for a total of +20. This bonus is in addition to the normal bonuses gained from outnumbering an opponent

The wording of Double Team makes it pretty clear that it's a bonus for outnumbering someone, which means it's disallowed by combat master.
