Begining of turn confusion! Chicken or Egg?

By Artemus Maximus, in Warhammer Invasion Rules Questions

Firstly I apologize if i have missed this somewhere, but:

according to FAQ, all "at begining of turn, ..." and "after your turn begins,..." both should occur at begining of turn (phase 0). To me, this means simultaneaously; I

1)

I'm guessing Forced effects happen before Action effects ..e.g.:

City Gates places a development in its zone before Abandoned Mine can be used

Warpstone Meteor can corrupt a Unit then Rat Ogres can uncorrupt all your units

2)

If an Action is triggered at begining of turn, can another Action be played in response?:

Rat Ogres triggers & uncorrupts all your units - can you then, in response, trigger Clan Rats ' Action to corrupt it? ( Clan Rats corrupts itself, gives +1 power then Rat Ogres uncorrupts Clan Rats)

3)

If two Forced effects trigger at beginning of turn, which resolves first? Controlling player's choice?

Which happens first? City Gates places development into its zone or Unit in same zone gets +1 power for each development from Shrine to Taal ?

please correct me where i'm wrong & I'd appreciate to know if i overlooked this somewhere.

Thanks!

1) Forced Effect occur before Action events

2) With the new Action window in Phase 0, you can respond to Actions played at the "Beginning of Turn". You may only play one "Beginning of Turn" Action for each copy of that card you have in play. 1 Abandoned Mine == 1 effect, 2 Abandoned Mine == 2 effects, but 1 Abandoned Mine does not equal 2 effects (cannot trigger the Action twice).

3) If you control both Forced Effects and they happen during the same step, then you choose the order in which they resolve.

Minor note - the controller has no say in the order Forced Effects resolve in, the active player chooses the order all simultaneous/conflicting effects resolve in.

What about constant effects than happen at the beginning of the turn (Cloud of Flies). When are they resolved in regards to Forced and Action ?

(oh, and why this card says "attach to a unit you control", could you attach support card onto unit you don't control serio.gif )

Yes, you can attach a Warp Lightning Cannon to an opposing unit to corrupt it if you wanted.

The FAQ remained totally silent about that card. Last time I checked the corresponding topic, the "you can play support cards on to your own zones" rules from the rulebook was the one that still took precedence. Any evidence of a shift in this ?

nevermind, I was incorrect in my last statement.
