new deck idea feel free to rip it to shreds with criticism :P

ok the idea heres is kinda like the developement decks already but you protect your kingdom and battlefield

added several control cards to help you live long enough

to get to that point, aound here though there arent that many blitzing ork decks around

but you build up and repeatedly deal indirect damage with repeater bolt thrower and suprise assault

couldnt get the deck down to 50 and im not sure i want to with the amount of cards id be trying to draw

what do yall think?

I've been playing something like this straight empire/high elf. When you can get the bolt thrower to work its awesome? But you need to survive that long.

Some tricks I find with this type of deck...

You need a lot of power. I find a three teired approach to power useful... all based on Kingdom developments.

Shrine of Taal, City Gates combo (with Pistoleers and Johannes Broheim combo see later)

With these three you are pretty much assured to get the power you need. I've gotten 30+ power on a turn which you then pump into the repeater bolt thrower and watch your opponent cry. You can't depend on just units or support to give you power as sniper decks and troll vomit type effects can devastate your units. Orc especially can take our your support. The mix keeps things rolling and give you lots of option

Using the empire jumping jacks technique early in the game to make sure you get the cards you need is very effective. Not necessarily something you do every turn but early on it can be really useful.

Abandoned Mine is great to store some of the cards you don't need right away plus its worth 2 power.

Inspite of a crazy amohnt of experience, I have not played with and not much against adeck trying to utilize the indeirect damage route. I am not yet sold on its effectivness, I think a few more cards need to come into the game before it gets going.

I may be missing something, but I do not see this deck as very effective as it is now, and can't put a finger on what it is either yet, so I can;t justify my position.

I would like to know how it works out for you.

So far the repeater decks I have scene have been very very poor, not fast enough, not protecty enough, and certainly not hitty enough, to slow to get the combo going, and oppenent has too many options as to what to do when its over.

I think the key to an indirect damage deck, is to play it in conjuction with a toned down judgment deck, you need to slow the oppenent down more then a rune of val can in order to set up the repeaters for sustained indirect damage.

If you can get it to work it would be very cool to have a very different way of winning entering the game.
