Why are you guys always ripping on shade? Sometimes we just want to lay back and have a casual day chilling out it in.

I'm sticking to my playstyle. As long as I get two to three rounds before "girlfriend comes home from work "procs, I don't mind spending three points on shade.

Girlfriend faction shade is overpowered, especially when they throw it at you.

You are so old-school, everyone knows the new OP hotness is cappuccino and they'll never nerf it, just ask their wives.

I'd like to get in on all the Brewmaster madness but it costs too many star bucks. FFG seriously needs to slow down. They're over caffeinating and it's killing the game.

When Soda was brought back up to date in the last FAQ I saw a massive drop in players using the hot beverage faction.

JK I've just never seen anyone ever mention him or put him in a list before. If your build text didn't have "TIE Advance" in there, I would have had to google his name to know what ship he's in.

Pretty much. If your whole list is pushing range 1, you might as well focus on it...

Favorite pilot in the game without a doubt. I was just shocked that I recently brought him to a store tournament (3 rounds) and didn't actually proc his ability once. I'm sure my opponent took other actions a couple of times because he was there, but with FCS and Expertise. It hurt.

Exactly. He takes away your opponent's range 1 bonuses - which is a very nice ability in a TIE advanced, since it's normally the one on the wrong end of the red dice stick.

Jax also pairs well with anyone carrying a sensor jammer - it goes from a very so-so upgrade to one of the most annoying combinations going.

My friend uses Carnor with OL and Crack Blacks and it works suprisingly well.

Nah, beer's overated. It'll get you through swiss fine but it has too many hard counters following the cut.

And shade's a waste of time too, direct sunlight is where it's at.
