It's a solid start, but could use a couple changes.

First, while Marksmanship and Gunner work together, you're going to be stressed any time you do your fancy s-loop to keep enemies in arc, and therefore can't perform the Marksmanship action. If you trade Gunner for Kanan Jarrus, you'll clear the stress after the s-loop, so you can do actions and even back-to-back s-loops.

That change also frees up 2 points, 1 of which can be used to upgrade Marksmanship to Expertise. With Expertise taking the place of an offensive Focus, Rey can take a Focus for defense after her Kanan-white s-loop, which will go a long way toward her survivability when combined with Finn's extra die and her re-rolls. (Expertise also works with Gunner in case you're ever inclined to go that route.)

Finally, we still have 2 points to work with (1 more from the Gunner swap and 1 from your bid). For 1, Tail Gunner can be changed for C-3PO. Tail Gunner is an excellent choice on Norra, but 3PO can make her insanely hard to kill. Throw 1 green die, guess 0, roll an eye, add 3PO's Evade, spend your TL for Norra's ability to add another eye, spend Focus and that's 3 Evade... plus a green maneuver and R2-D2 next turn and you've effectively negated FOUR damage!

With your last point, Rey can take Smuggling compartments which gives her access to Inertial Dampeners. Popping them will shut off Expertise, but can be an important surprise, or when you just need to keep her arc in the same place. Here's what it all looks like:
