I'm thinking the options are Gink/Biggs. Like I've said, Gink always seems like the scum to me. The alarming thing to me about Biggs is the Biggs "swoop". All things being equal I'll grudgingly believe the doc claim.

Night 1: Son of the Empire
Kettch Nelson ran. Behind him, the sounds of pursuit grew louder.
The camp hadn't rioted after Master Sei'skar had been murdered, and he had no idea why. It should have worked. It should have thrown everyone into confusion and left the jamming field open. His attempt to get close enough to disable the stupid device had ended in this, though. Almost as if somebody had been anticipating him. Who knew what these Jedi sorcerers were capable of?
He darted left, into an alleyway. A side door into a prefab storehouse was unlocked, and he slipped inside, slagging the lock with his blaster. Dashing to one of the stacks of crates, he began searching the sides. Outside, he heard a muffled curse as the pursuit met the now inoperable door. He found the crate he wanted, buried near the bottom. Stupid inventory droids! They never listen to their instructions!
With a heave, the stack of crates toppled, leaving his target open. He keyed his security code in, and the crate hissed open, revealing an E-Web repeating blaster. Already assembled, too, and hidden here for just an occasion like this. Within moments, he had the blaster set up on its tripod, behind the fallen stack of crates, and aimed at the main door. As it began to open, he opened fire, sending his pursuers diving for cover. Kettch laughed maniacally. For the first time tonight, things were going his way.
He was still laughing maniacally when a chunk of the ceiling, carved in a perfect circle, fell on the blaster.
Before he could react enough to stop his laughing, the burning hot flare of the lightsaber flashed through his torso, and then everything was cold.

I forgot the final vote tally in the writeup. It's been edited in now.
Some questions have been asked for which the answers are best as public knowledge.
The following action information will be revealed at the end of the night turn: attacks (successful or not). Unsuccessful attacks will be reported as: [insert player] was attacked, but survived! The type of protection will not be revealed: a guard captain, a duelist, and a healer will be treated the same. A strongman kill will be written up separately from the imperial agent faction kill.
If you are attacked at night and survive, you will be told. If you perform an action and are roleblocked, you will be told. You will not be told whether or not you had any other actions performed on you. If you did not perform an action but were roleblocked, you will not be informed.
The role cop will treat imperial security agents and scum as the same: it cannot be used to determine whether a player is scum.
Finally, flavor in the end of turn writeups does not contain game relevant information.

Day 2: Retribution
"Waitso What'midoin."
The patient chuckled a little bit. "If you don't know what you're doing, Doc, I suggest you find a different line of work!"
Waitso smiled. "It's my name! My parents picked it up when they were living near a Gungan refugee colony on Arbuda. They tell me it's from a long line of distinguished chieftans." He bent to his work with practiced skill, slipping into a healing trance and feeling the currents of the Force flow through his patient.
"Heh. Sounds to me like the Gungans were having a laugh at their expense!"
Waitso finished his examination and laughed affably. "That is certainly one way to look at it!" He'd always taken flak for his name, as long as he could remember. At that moment, he heard his boss call him from outside the tent. "Back in a moment! But you look like you're healing fine. Should be as good as new in a few days!"
The patient watched him walk out of the overflow medical tent. As he listened, he heard harsh voices raised in argument, the sharp retort of a blaster, and then the meaty thump of a body falling to the ground.
Then a hard voice outside. "That was for Kettch."
Then nothing.

Well, glad my scum-tell detector worked. I was kinda worried I'd gotten a false positive.
Was kinda expecting to be Strong Man killed tonight, but that didn't happen, so... guessing that isn't in the cards for Scum?
