Let's say there is a scum role-cop. They could kill Ghost while investigate him at n1 to know if Biggs was saying the true. After seeing he is vanilla they kept him alive n2 too. Madaghmire was dangerous not being able to block him so he must die. But this means Madaghmire skipped his nigh action.

Why the hell he would skip his night kill? I have really hard times thinking that as possible!

What I know:

- Truthiness, Madaghmire, Ghost were townies.

- Ginkapo was scum.

- I am town.

-At least one scum played the joke vote game. Proved.

What I think is quite logic:

- At least one scum lynched Truthiness.

- Madaghmire didn't skip his action.

Mafia Wiki didn't put the jailkeeper as a possible scum role as it does with docs, trackers and role-cops. Hnmm

On the other side, it would be the perfect interaction to a role cop

Both scum and town can calmly claim it, since scum is interested in the rolelock and town in the protect, but anyone can claim to protect a role to save it, although would you really block your cop? You are saving him from a kill, but you are cancelling his night action, which is the reason you are protecting him.

Only way to find out is a faction cop

Welp, I said my peace. I hope we are able to get the scum person this turn. I am training someone today, but should be able to vote before time runs out. I'd like to hear from more people before I do so. I definitely don't trust my own instincts anymore.

Also I think Caldias is probably saying the true but I cannot imagine another way to proof that but lynching him.

Ugh. Biggs hasn't posted anything here in nearly 2 days, with 2.5 hours left. I'm also not sure at all about Caldias' claim. More input needed.

I think that Caldias might be telling the truth but not 100 percent

Biggs hasn't posted for a while...maybe not wanting to incriminate himself or will just jump onto a lynch at the end.

We are too far into the game now to trust claims of accidental scummyness due to being a newbie.

If Caldias says the true after lynching someone else he will have a 1/5 of blocking the killer and if he fail he still has a chance of saving the target. And he will probably die anyway.

Not lynching him we could check two of the four voters.

If someone dies we could discuss with two less suspects if the claim is true or not.

Not a great plan but the best I could think.

Night 3: Innocent Lost

Townii McNotscum was well-known in the camp for his affable demeanor and outgoing personality. So when he was unexpectedly hauled in front of a secret tribunal for harboring Imperial sympathies, the tribunal was understandably confused. "Townii! Really? But it even says in his name that he's not scum!" "I played sabacc with him last week."

Townii himself was even more confused. But the prosecutors brought the evidence forward. Mysterious and suspicious absences from his normal places of residence. Hanging around with shady characters. And he had been a driving force in Madaghmire's death - and the evidence in that case had been shaky. Shaky enough that there were rumors that it shouldn't have even happened at all.

And so, despite all of his protestations, the tribunal convicted him of being an Imperial spy. As he was dragged away, he screamed epithets at his accusers. "You dumb idiots! Can't you even read my name?" But nobody listened.

The execution was quick and silent. As the body was pulled away, a puffing runner entered the room. "Sirs, we were examining the datapad found with Kettch Nelson, and we found conclusive evidence that the spies were planning on assassinating Townii. We ask that this be entered into the evidence file; we believe that this clears him."

The tribunal looked sadly at each other. "Too late. If only we'd waited."

Day 4: Saved By the Brawl

The sniper waited for his prey, watching the streets below like a hawk. Calan Jor had been spotted entering his favorite tavern, and - based on an analysis of his standard behaviors there - would likely spend the next few hours chatting with his friends, drinking a little too much, and then walk unsteadily towards his home. Normally, this would result in nothing more than a hangover in the morning and maybe an annoyed wife; tonight it would be fatal.

The sound of smashing glass turned the sniper's attention back towards the tavern, where a brawl was spilling out into the street. He heard the sirens of local enforcement officers responding to the disturbance. Scanning the melee, he spotted Calan in the thick of it, lashing out with what looked like some exotic decoration or other, now repurposed as a blunt instrument. From the sound of it, enforcement would be there within minutes - once they arrived, his window for taking out his target would be gone.

Moving his rifle, he peered through the sight, trying to find a clean shot. As he waited, a barstool caught Jor across the shoulders and neck, dropping him to the floor. The sniper lined up a shot quickly - the chance was serendipitous. As he pulled the trigger, something flashed across his field of vision. The blaster bolt turned the brawl into a panicked mob. After a few seconds, he saw Jor pull himself up and wander unsteadily back into the bar.

He must have missed his shot. The wailing sirens were much closer now. He had better get away before somebody saw him.

Anyway I am happy. It seems my honey trap worked.

They had to choose between cleaning Caldias for us killing him, shooting in the dark with a chance of failing or skipping the nightkill.

So if there is a scum in your suspects, than

EITHER

Caldias is scum

Smurf is bulletproof scum and they made an ingenious play there, there are 2 more, and that would have been EPIC as a scum play (not so likely)

Or your suspicion on the Truth vote is wrong and N-O O-N-E there was scum, which is also a good play letting town fully lynch
