I did, because I felt he was the most likely to be targeted out of the ones that were left. Even though he was suspicious of me, I felt that he had decent reasons to be and was very careful with his voting. I felt as though if I was scum, he'd be someone I'd want to target.

If Caldias is telling the truth:
-Smurf would have no reason to vote for him other than scum fake claim to do a quick bandwagon.
If Smurf is telling the truth:
- Caldias must be scum, no other reason to lie to town
If they are both lying:
-Both mafia, great play! Smurf bulletproof and Caldias did the kill ,although smurf would have no reason to claim against Caldias here
If they are both telling the truth :
-Can't possibly happen, ONE OF THEM IS A SCUMMY LIAR

Quite a niche scenario. Smurf bulletproof, Caldias jailkeeper as well as a scum jailkeeper that specifically targeted Caldias to block him while second mafia kills Smurf

So you're claiming bulletproof? Now I think you might be scum, just seems like giving town a healer, a technician, presumably a cop, a duelist AND a bulletproof is way too many roles for them.

I mean it doesn't make you scum or a liar but I would have liked that you claimed watcher, tracker or something else that was not blocked.
Now the possibilities are:
Caldias scum scenario.
1. Scum tried to kill smurf. He survived so Caldias tried to clean himself arguing he protected him. A bit stupid cause scum know why they failed and the counterclaim would happen eventually as it did.
2. Scum tried to kill the same guy they protected. And it happened the chose poorly. He was bulletproof. Here I am not sure if smurf or scum would know the what effect saved hum. ( @Onidsen rules question here!). If they don't know then claiming protect smurf has sense and was a fail!
smurf scum scenario:
1. They chose to kill his bulletproof mate to incriminate Caldias as soon as he claimed protect him. This is the most stupid scenario. How they could know Caldias was going to protect his bulletproof guy? But...
2. They... nothing, we know smurf was attacked so they didn't skip the kill to incriminate Caldias claiming bulletproof. This is just a not possible scenario.

I don't know why that is the wrong answer as I don't know the intricacies of the game and how all the roles work...but that's the only one I could give.
If Caldias turns out to be townie then I humbly apologise Caldias....I just can't see any other option at the moment......too many things are suspect
