[CCL] Scum Revision

Hi,

The voting for the CCL's scum revision phase is open. This one is pretty easy to review; just one card.

Next up in the CCL will be a chance to revisit season one's cards. Then, I'll start work on the vassal extension and the tournament!

Thanks for all those who voted! The Revision won. We're moving on to revising the season 1 cards, then we'll go to making the vassal extension and holding a tournament.
