Since 26th may, no news about this expansion, and right now 5 weeks have been passed.

Since the shipping from producers is 4-6 weeks roughly, is there hope that the game will be on shelves by end July?

And the measurements as box?

I see no chance of getting it by end of July, the boat usually takes around 2 months and then there are some weeks for the distribution.

My estimation is end of Agust with all the luck

Agreed.

The Boat is never as fast as advertised. It tends to run on the cheapest oarmen, and they made the calculation that throwing half of them overboard would make the ramen mileage more efficient.

As a point of reference...

Base game was:
- "On the Boat" since Jan 29,
- released in US on Mar 31,
- released in EU on Apr 12.

Expansion is "On the Boat" since May 26.

So end of July isn't completely out of the question for the expansion.

While I think Gen Con release (Aug 17-20) is more likely, I certainly wouldn't mind to get my hands on the expansion earlier than that.

No, but it is a little odd FFG hasn't released more info since announcement.
