Hi guys! Question regarding Grav Shift Reroute and the Fighter Ambush objective.

Both cards have the phrase "After deploying fleets..." to represent when their specific effect takes place. Does one of the players determine which card takes effect first, and if so, which player would do that?

(Ideally for the Grav Shift Reroute-owning player, they'd like to shift obstacles before putting down squadrons - just want to know if this is possible)

• If two or more of a player’s effects have the same timing, that player can resolve those effects in any order.

• If both players have effects with the same timing, the first player resolves all of his effects with that timing first

The above was from the rules reference on page 5 under effect use and timing.

So, depending on who has the grav shift reroute. If the first player has grav shift reroute he would move the asteroids first. If the second player has the grav shift reroute, the second player would choose the order of the effects. So he could place his squadrons then move or place squadrons and then move obstacles.
