I want to try out some ISYTDS shenanigans. Advanced targeting computer seem like a good way to get it out there, and guaranteed damage is always good.

Juno can easily clear stress with mk2 engines, so PTL is well worth it.

Fleet officer is my one real spot of iffyness. It gives the Shuttle something to do if he doesn't have to apply ISYTDS, free focus is always wanted. But it's eaten up all my bid. Maybe a different crew?

You may find yourself outmaneuvered sadly. Aces with bids will also be painful. Drop down to a recon Spec open some points. If you fly the shuttle well you might be able to block and mitigate the lack of maneuvering the TIE Advanced has. That or Drop Juno in favor of some other option of choice for the points to make it much more viable.

Fleet officer is a little meh in that list. The shuttle has coordinate, so for zero points and no stress, you can almost accomplish the same thing.

Title or FCS on the shuttle might work?

Your worries of trying to give the shuttle something to do other than use Kylo is good. The problem is that the shuttle isn't exactly maneuverable, and if it also uses its very limited actions to support, you will have a hard time making it relevant. That means your aces will be the obvious targets, and you will be left with a horrible endgame ship.

Have you considered scraping together points (probably by downgrading from Juno to a different ace) to turn the Lamda into an Upsilon?

Wrong shuttle. You are thinking Upsilon while Badmotivator is using the Lambda.

I would like to have an Upsilon instead, but I really like PTL Juno.

For an idea of the meta, I see Upsilon shuttle escorting either double Stryker or double TIE/Ds. Fenaroo of course. Rey+Fynn and Poe. Poe+Corren lists. There was even a Crackswarm last time.

Lots of lists with 1 big ship and 1-2 small ships. Even a fair number of double large ship lists.

My idea is hopefully the shuttle will last long enough for me to get some damaged cockpits onto the high PS enemies(if they're 8+). And then afterwards just use it for guaranteed damage.

If i had to drop Juno, I might go for something like this,

I really like this. Personally I would give Vader Crack shot and put the title and maybe intel agent on the Upsilon. Or perhaps Lone Wolf and just the title.
