One Giant Shadow

I've been playing with the idea of a two Shadowcaster list, and there are a couple of variants that I've come up with. I would love to get your thoughts on which one you like and any suggestions to maybe improve the lists.

I was toying with the idea of stealth device and scavenger crane on Asajj in an attempt to make her even more defensive, but is it really worth it?

I prefer Dengar/Expertise on Ketsu. Not being limited to greens makes her much more flexible (especially when your opponent is used to flying against Asajj, and assumes you're going to three hard every round). And it's good to be able to pick your targets, too - if someone ends up at range 1, you want to be able to capitalise on the tractor beam token without wasting a target lock.

Of your two lists, though, I definitely prefer #2. Engine Upgrade is great on Ketsu (I don't think you ought to count on her ability going off reliably, but if the opportunity arises, being able to boost into range 1 is definitely worth it.) I'd probably downgrade it to Gyroscopic on Asajj, or maybe Countermeasures.

I've also found that Dampeners aren't that great on Lancers - you're either depriving yourself of two actions (PtL) or shutting off your own Expertise. I just run Glitterstim on both, it works pretty well.

I tried your suggestion of Expertise and Dengar on Kestu with Glitterstim, and I liked it a lot. I was careful not to try boosting to ensure getting into range 1. I also put Gyro on Asajj, but never needed to move my mobile arc. It's still nice to have that option though, especially to potentially play mindgames with your opponent.

After seeing nationals, and the rise of intensity Poe, BMST could be more valuable than Rigged Cargo Chute against those regen ships
