What is RAC? I'm not seeing that acronym for any of the upgrades Echo can have.

He's recommended as an escort because his ability works well with Kylo Ren's (as a high PS turret that generates criticals easily) and Kylo Ren's works with Echo (by generating 'PS0' critical cards which remove opponents with a higher PS than Echo).
