Regardless, top 4 at worlds is a tiny sample size from 1 tournament per year. Given that x-wing has multiple waves and various other releases throughout the year, the meta shifts a lot in between worlds tournaments, so a ship can be quite good, even a top ship for months and still not win worlds due to later releases or meta shifts. This does prove the point that palp was indeed a top card despite petty green's claims since he was top 4 at 2 worlds in a row since his release, with the third where he wasn't taknig place shortly after he was nerfed.
This ? Easy. The top tournament always illustrates where the power is in any endeavor. The brightest minds analyze what tools are available, and hone their skills to use said tools to attempt the top accolades; this is competition pure and simple. The facts speak for themselves. Waxing poetic about OP stuff in and around facts is cute, but in the end pointless. The only thing that's not subjective about complex games is the top outcomes of the game's highest competition. Plus, MajorJuggler's matrix backs these most recent points up to boot. This isn't rocket-science --the proof is in the winning-- it's plastic space rocket-science: easy!! ?
