I think 9 out of 10 times you'll play her as an attachment but at least you have the flexibility to drop a 3/3 into a conflict. In a pinch that 3 force might crush a province.

Also, there's a neutral holding that you destroy as a cost to draw a card. It seems to work well for Dragon.
What is the neutral holding that does this? I've gotten really behind!

Imperial Storehouse.

Not really behind. Imperial Storehouse was 'revealed' by people finding a rather blurry photo of it from demos of the game shown in France. It hasn't been officially previewed by FFG yet.
Speaking of official previews: I wish they'd show the full version of Shameful Display (so we can see if it has the Air element as speculated), and also reveal an 'Earth' neutral province (the province "Ancestral Lands' is quite likely Earth, but we can't see its text in the 'fan' of cards it peeps out of, or its element).
I now FFG is not at all officially endorsing the early playing of L5R LCG, but I'd really love to be able to fix that one somewhat crucial missing piece. So far, everyone is running Shameful Display plus The Art of Peace in Crane decks (which probably won't be possible), and Restoration of Balance plus Night Raid in Dragon (ditto).
