Yes, I know what you type there fickle, but perhaps what you mean is the "Meta meads a bit of a shakeup." Viking Blod is quite good, and taken pre-list build does shake it up as well as new releases, haha.
Another player I know quite well and play often ordered me a Aggressor as a Father's day gift...engaged to my eldest...quite a wonderful chap. Not to sure what to think of the gift yet, as all indications point it to be the weakest meta bender of the lot, but we'll see I guess.

I think Tourney rules say Premiere Events require 11 days after release. All other events you can use immediately after release.
