The basic concept here is PS 10 Captain Nym, a Cad Bane Contracted Scout with Proximity Mines, and a Bumpmaster. Lots of blocking to deny actions and force splitting of fire. Lots of auto-damage. There are some interesting options for tweaking the load-outs as well. Advanced Sensors is probably the upgrade I'm least enthusiastic about and most willing to swap for something else.
