Obviously there are cards that will be spoiled, but how do you know that there will specifically be a card that reduces the cost of attachments? Someone somewhere is breaking their NDA or is rampantly speculating.

Daimyo's Favor. We've seen the title but not much text. I'm more inclined to think someone is breaking NDA. Or perhaps it was seen at that game fair where L5R was being demoed.

Or Daimyo's Favour is not a Dragon card since it doesn't fit anywhere in the remaining Dragon card space (number 152/157).

Yeah, it has been shown to me in the spoiler consolidation thread. We'll see what they did with the card, at this point, it's difficult to know. I would have thought we would have a tattoo as the last attachment (152) since there's a card in the core set that reference them, but maybe we'll have to wait for the first cycle to see some and Daimyo's Favor is 152 even if it breaks the supposed card order.

Did we? I only saw cards referencing"tattooed" trait and multiple cards that had that trait. Or I am missing something?

The Ascetic Visionary (Core 63) can only attach Monk or Tattoo attachments.
