Well, it is a Relic and right now majority of units cant even use relics (hence relic bearer being a thing). Heroes are practically glued to a specific relic too.
Probably tossed it in with the other cards and forgot about it. I have 3 of them, which being unique means i have 2 kindlings and 1 card lol. Two daqan one waiqar command boxes (which i recently finished the weapons master/battle standard for daqan and good god that flag is time consuming to paint...)

I am dyslexic and I get fortuna's die and another upgrade mixed up. One grants you anyside you want and the other gives you a white die this turn. One of them I don't have

Tis a good card, but usually my oaths are glued to Rank Disc so they actually can do something lol.
