My intuition tells me that we've overlooked something. Something is off. I'm not sure what it is, so I'm looking over the posts again.

Nah, I'll take full responsibility for my suspicions.

I still say Norell is the most suspicious. But do I put him at -2? No I think not. Yet anyhow. I will always do what I think will help the establishment. And if that means a last minute lynching I'll always gladly take the heat for it. (See last two games.) I rarely vote just to vote.

And I also say that Truthiness is my second suspect. That is more a gut feeling.

Last time the extension was due timezone issues. We have a duty to sort ourselves in the allocated time. This for me looks like buying time to save yourself, so I'm more and more tempted to throw the vote

Man, you're really fixated on me. If you are town, this is a really bad binary to set up. Because if you are town, you've now setup back to back townie hangings based on very little. Day one hangings are a crap shoot. I can already see a path to Scum victory based on that statement. We hang you, then Ninja, the other person who is suspicious of me, gets killed in the night. I then get hanged the next day and the Scum get another night kill. We're then down to 3 townies and 2 Scum. This, of course, also assumes Ninja is indeed town.

It you're Scum, it's a decent ultimatum to cause some reasonable doubt. As town, this is a terrible play that will lose us the game. I'll be the one to back off this binary ledge you've put us on.

Right now then, the question is do we think Norell just made a great scum play, or a strange town play? (I'm less inclined to call is "terrible" since I also have a gut feeling about Truth, but that is all that it is. Very little evidence.)

BTW sorry to fixate on you @Truthiness but I have to suspect someone. And the others are awfully quiet, there is nothing to work with. And the day is almost over.

Starting my long work day and I might be busy when time expires, so I guess I'm voting very soon...within the next 30 minutes.

I am very eager to put down this rebellion and return Nowhere Special to the peace we had before this.

I'm not convinced that Norell is rebel scum as I believe Visovics gut feeling that CNinja and Mad are scum needs to be explored. I'm also a bit wary of the response to Norell's actions in relation to his vote for Ovi. His vote occurred during a period when "vote Ovi" was in vogue. The backlash seems a bit much, and it makes me wonder if it's part of some nefarious plot.

I'm all for eliminating rebel scum, not loyal citizens.

Alright folks. I'll throw my claim out then. I'm vanilla town, so no big loss if I get killed in the night. If I'm hanged today, I would not immediately suspect Norell. I'm getting opposite vibe from Ninja. Feels more like bad town play than Scum ATM. He's still my best read, but Ninja and mood are setting off my radar as well.

For the full back story: I'm “Lackluster” Sam Sleepyhead, and I'm a loyalist. I quit my job as a lecturer to fight the terrorists however I must, even if I die!

Odd thing to say since I've backed off Norell in an attempt to defuse what is appearing to be more of a town on town situation. I think for a living. Those conclusions are a pretty easy deduction to make.

You and Ninja have been pretty pushy yourselves while careful to avoid direct attention on yourselves.

To get the conversation back on track. I'm vanilla, so who cares. You keep couching your criticisms of Norell with a "gut feeling" about me, which plays further into a binary setup between Norell and myself. You're effectively saying "It's definitely one of them!" What if it's not? So I'm going to put my cards on the table.

Nothing sketchy about this. No matter Norrels reasoning, Truthi stayed on him. I'd quote them all, but I'm not where there is good signal.

Norell merely jumped in after a pressure vote. Just like I was accused of poor timing, I think norell was truly a victim. But hell, with so little time left and us all over the board, I'm not confident enough to vote either one anymore. I'll just abstain until we get more conversation.
