Can anything stop Vibroknife Damage?
Minus removal.

As of right now, there are no effects in the game that bypass damage that says it's "unblockable"
You can heal the damage with Second Chance, Lone Operative, etc., or you can control the dice, but there's no way to block the damage.
Edited by KieransiNot at the moment, because shield "blocks", body armor "blocks" damage, the blue ugrade "blocks" damage etc.
In future expansion, maybe a defensive card that doesn't use the work block might work.
But in the end, vibroknife is only 1x die... just remove it and every melee becomes blockable (Or use stuff to return knife to hand or destroy the card).
The "Guardian" keyword can work around it, I believe, since according to the RRG the melee damage just becomes "generic" (paraphrasing) damage equal to the value on the die. So if, for example, you used Rebel Trooper's or Royal Guard's guardian ability on an opponent's melee damage die, that character could use shields to block it.

Totally forgot about this! Yeah, you're right, guardian removes the die and then deals your character generic damage equal to that die's value.
Technically, guardian isn't blocking damage though, it's a form of dice removal.

While that's true, it does allow you to block the damage with shields, Body Armor, etc..
