Curious about Gencon. Looking at the list of X-wing events, I'm seeing TONS of games but nothing else. No siminars or "how to" events. Do those exist?

It's my first year going, but I have no idea. I'll be busy running games almost the entire time, too. I won't get much of a chance to check things out.

I've never been to a Gaming Convention so I'm not sure what all goes on. Other conventions I've seen offer clinics, lessons, siminars etc.... Seems like Gencon would be a great place for that.

Wish I could go to Gencon. I volunteered to help with our local Comicon that same weekend before I knew about Gencon.

Demos are done in their booth area and not something that gets listed by ffg for sign up.

Their main seminar is the In Flight Report on Friday.

I think GenCon is the mother of gaming conventions. So, it's mostly gaming. We are doing an X-wing event on that Saturday. We are pretty excited as we put a bunch of work into it.
