Pah!

Not sure what species, if I go with gand or zabrak I can get stats up.

If I go for besalisk I get the free extra maneuver but characteristic spread will be low.

I'm going to take 20 obligation A sore to settle for +10xp

Morality +10xp

Ok this is what I'm thinking I'm going all in on agility and willpower hopefully both at least 4. Hopefully 3 brawn. Fr 3

I'm going to go for unexpected demise signature ability next.

Really should be optional rules to get talents from Holocrons.

There is for Talents and Force Powers.

Savage Spirit pg93. Training, Learning, and Enlightenment.

Sorry about your legs! I like it.

I might be trying for to much with it though.

Yeah, 3 trees and only 1 has a Force Rating boost. Honestly I would either drop Ataru or Saber Slinger then put Points into a few skills and bulk out the specs you do have.

Yeah I'm going to drop saberslinger

I was playing with dice, and your right four force dice really is the point at which ebb and flow becomes really reliable.

I wonder if their is a cheap enough force rating for a 3rd spec just to get that 4th fr

The cheapest FR spec i know is Force Sensitive Emergent, with his 75 xp to Force Rating. It also has good support talents, so it works well as support spec to the others.

If you're just after the FR, Pathfinder (in-career, if you start with Ataru) has one in the fourth row ( 75 xp).

edit: Actually 75 xp to reach FR

Ooooo!

And a jubba bird heals strain!

Edited by TheShard

I was mistaken. It's in the fourth row, but meanders. Still 75 xp to nab the FR.

Er

Take a look at Navigator, 50xp for FR, cheapest in the game and in career for you. The Shortcut and Improved Shortcut talents are also excellent dip talents.

I stopped at 1k xp to develop this Jedi Master (Soresu Defender/Armourer/Seer).

Made him the Guardian he always deserved to be.

The whole events were the exact cinematic display of the Unmatched Heroism signature ability, to save his padawan.

It replaces because of the way it's worded. The attack gains linked equal to your current Force Rating. The word specifically used is not "increases", its "gains", which is the same wording used for the way a character gains Force Rating 1 from the two Force Sensitive universal Specialisations. Sorry no stacking with a Double Bladed Saber.

Nothing stopping you from putting the Linked rating on your normal lightsaber, though. So now BOTH your sabers can have the Linked quality ;)

No skill ranks? I'd recommend 10-20% of your XP going towards skill ranks. Otherwise you won't have the dice to pull off your awesome talents.

Also, you can't get +20XP at character creation. +10XP is max. Your +10 Obligation can be used to give you +2500 credits, or you could use your Morality option to bump your Morality magnitude to 71 or 29.

Morality can't give you any starting benefits if you have Obligation or Duty in play.

Yeah, as a general rule you only benefit from a single system (Obligation/Duty/Morality) at character creation. Obviously it's open to Gm approval, so ask them

Yeah, Age of Rebellion has rules for combining Duty with Obligation, and FaD has rules for combining Morality with Duty OR Obligation.

I actually forgot that the rules in FaD expressly forbid a character from gaining any benefit from their Morality when Obligation or Duty is in play. But the rules also stipulate that, no matter the combination, the most you can receive from character generation is +10 XP and/or +2500 credits (receiving both is only possible when combining Duty with Obligation, and then only with the appropriate low number of players).

I stand corrected
