I'm theory crafting again and thinking of doing a build involving Tel.

One thing that i thought was if Tel gets the Injured Pilot Crit does his regen then fail? I'm assuming yes (edge case i know but Kylo is a thing still) but was wondering what the concensus is.

Yes. He has no pilot ability. The text on his card is ignored.
