For Vadar I'd rather see a shootier ISD than a carrier. And I wouldn't look to put your hopes on the opponent picking advanced gunnery either. I'd get gunnery teams on it and switch the hangers to a boosted coms. Could probably loose the lambda then. Chuck X-17s on it and relentless, goes nicely with the officer and squadrons.

For the Arquitens and Raider you could get by dropping the rerolls. Both have redundant tokens to use for Vadar, although I know you won't be able to crit fish as much on the raider. I'd put enhanced armament on the Arquitens and Kallus on the raider. I think that'd put you at 398.

Im never sure about how worthwhile morna kee is, you could probably take bossk instead and then keep the ordnance experts on the raider. With all the high hp squadrons ruthless strategists is a decent option as well, and can plink bossk then to get through scatter aces.

I'm in agreement with @rahxephon, Vader doesn't want fighters, he wants combat vessels, as his commander ability has no effect on squadrons. The other commanders are slightly better (with the exception of Screed), until we get our fighter commander in wave VI. If you want to keep an ISD carrier, I'd honestly use an ISD1 for its double offensive retrofit and the less expensive cost. With a few tweaks, you could get a comms net Gozanti cruiser in there to feed the ISD Squadron tokens, pair that with expanded hangars the ISD can sling six squadrons an activation.
