Just hover his avatar picture and select Ignore User from the pop-up menu. I've done this for a lot of folks, makes the forum a much more tolerable place. I wouldn't bother reporting it, as moderation is pretty light and lenient around here, and FFG has never indicated that they are concerned about policing content (or, as is this case, posts that lack any content). Unless someone is being rude or hostile, they can pretty much post whatever they want, even if its hundreds of pictures of breakfast food.
