JRosen9, I agree with the first two points, and I would say that you translated to AGOT well.

In your example it is clear that toturi allows a second claim. It is also clear that she modifies the claim. In your translation or the original L5R wording, I can not find any evidence that she does not equally modify Toturi's reactionary claim.

I don't think i can change your mind. I doubt you will be able to change my mind. It is okay. we will probably not agree on this until the faq hits. and if we are ever at a tournament together, I will not play a deck with this combo in it.

This has been a great thread. Glad to see a judge agrees with me , but it is good to see that we have a community discussing the rules intelligently. I look forward to more of these in the future.
