Will be travelling for work at the end of July and looking to get my Thrones on while there. Most of the Google results I got were in Franklin, Brookfield and Appleton/Green Bay.

Anything in Milwaukee proper?

I'm not sure about MKE proper. I would check with the FB group, but MKE proper doesn't really have any game stores (a few wargaming clubs, but I don't think anyone plays Thrones there).

Board Game Barrister and Games Universe are the bigger game shops that play it (about 3 locations each in the MKE area).
