I'm always build random things on Ryan's fleet builder (like everyone else) and came across something today that didn't work.

I took an Arquitnes and put Tua on it. It's a small ship so the wording at the bottom does not apply. I wanted to put 2 X RBD on it and turn it into a tank along with engine techs. After I picked the first RDB it was greyed out as an option.

Its not a mod or unique, so that should work right?

You can't have two of the same upgrades on any ship in Armada. It'll be greyed out no matter what ship you're trying it on.

That's what I thought too, but it doesn't say that in the RRG.

Under the Upgrade Card section it says 1 upgrade per icon, and only 1 mod per ship. Is it in an updated FAQ where it says only 1 of a specific type of upgrade per ship? I thought I read it too, but can't find it now.

From the FAQ:

Fleet Building, p.6 This entry should include the following bullet point: “A ship cannot equip more than one copy of the same upgrade card.”
