They don't, he can. Everything else would be a rules rewrite on one or more parts of the combination. Not saying that can't happen, but the combo is unlikely to become problematic and there is no instance of errata for theme, yet. Whenever a card was rewritten it was to make it function (Daredevil) or because it was too good. (Manaroo etc.)

Listed At The Printer a month ago ... same now: they won't be around for another two months... at least!

I'd settle for the dial to be spoiled.

It will have its preliminary appearance in August at GenCon and be in stores likely end of September... Why so impatient?
