Given that Huge ships move last I don't really see how Cassian would benefit.

It has some potential, but there are a lot of stronger crew I'd consider first.

Any repositional ability goes a long way on a huge ship. Even if you don't run someone over, Cassian still opens up quite a few options; and he's a lot cheaper than some of the other huge ship crew options.
