Ok, last weekend got myself the new C-ROC and finally a protectorate. I'm more of a small ship flyer so I haven't really dipped my toes in yet. I d have a single jumpmaster, but I've used it only once. Think I have enough to form a half decent competitive list?
My list building skills so far have come up with poor choices, and since I'm better with small ships I've held back until now. Thoughts?
Eh - i fly mostly casual and wont use the jumpmaster unless i voluntarily 'tax' myself an additional 5 points for the ship and consider evey pilot unique.
With that in mind, your comp list is probs gonna be jumpmaster + shadow/(protectorate + palob maybe?) Try to borrow more mindlinks if running 3+ ships
It saddens me though - if you can avoid using the jumpmaster your (my) conscious will thank you ^^

If I can avoid it, I will. I'm a fighter pilot, not a freighter driver.
I acknowledge a third mindlink brings things to life, and I'm hunting another copy. I assume for the moment I will live without.
Heres a rough list idea based on some diff elements I've enjoyed flying - cant speak for comp ability at all but im sure someone will point out how much of a scrub i am ^^
Guri - pred, title, adv sense, **Autos
Fenn - PTL, title, auto
Palob - VT, Pred or Dengar, turret to taste (auto if you're confident but im not a great hwk pilot)
Remaining points to taste or init bid.
I like flying PTL fenn like scum soontir, adv sense + pred is fairly solid on any starviper pilot (cannot wait for new title!) And palob there cause comp people bring it up like he's a thing? VT is great on HWK in my opinion though
