As far as pace goes, I would be ok with 2 units per faction per year. Once this game is established that would be a good pace. They could also do some non plastic releases to add more product. As an example Armada did the Corellian Conflict box, campaign boxes with new terrain, objectives and upgrade cards and no plastic to paint would be absolutely ok with me.
Fun Fact... From Announcement to In Store
I do wonder if for either tournament prizes or as a future offering if they could do alternative sculpts of existing units...
Wouldn't that be fun!

Now that would be an awesome reveal for GenCon.
Given the fact that this is set in an existing universe thats already developed a fair bit, they could do a CC campaign for this game too. Only issue with that would be finding a way to impliment it without having a "final ending" to something important to the universe, whle also not feeling like its just literally tying multiple fights together lol
Let's play how many waves until Armada drops their
3 more!

There's no way we see the Uthuk Y'llan that fast. We're already past the point where 108 days puts you solidly into October, and they haven't even been announced yet. With how long ago the Aymhelin Scions were announced, I can't see how they could release at the same time as the Uthuk Y'llan.
It might be the Latari melee unit, instead.

Digging this thread up again to observe that 108 days after the Uthuk announcement (June 26) is October 12. Which is a Thursday. So that seems a pretty likely release date.
I've started to notice another pattern as well. Some announcements (like this one https://www.fantasyflightgames.com/en/news/2017/3/3/grow-your-forces/ ) take place on a date 108 days before a Monday, not a Thursday. When this is the case, the actual release dates vary; in this case, 4 of the boxes in that announcement happened the Thursday before the 108-day rule, while the other two were released a month later.
Here's some likely release dates for everything currently announced, based on the 108-day rule:
July 27 - Latari Elves Army Expansion, Essentials Pack
August 7* - Deepwood Archers, Leonx Riders, Aymhelin Scions
August 14* - Maegan Cyndewin, Latari Infantry Command
August 24 - Heavy Crossbowmen
September 4* - Death Knights
October 12 - Uthuk Y'llan Army Expansion
October 19 - Uthuk Infantry Command
*These three dates are Mondays, not Thursdays, so they are likely to be shifted from those dates, maybe by a little, maybe by a lot. Most likely, I think, is for some of the Latari stuff to be released in August while the rest is held until sometime in September.
I highly doubt we see A more than one release a month and B something not a thursday.
I highly doubt they would do this kind of release schedule.

I expect the Latari army pack and the essentials to hit the week of GenCon on the 17th. Perhaps with some of their expansions. Then the rest of their expansions in September. Uthuk will release in October with their expansions out by November. Death Knights and Crossbowmen will be in September and unannounced units for the remaining factions will hit with Uthuk.
EDIT
Just my take, anyway. I can't imagine Daqan and Waiqar will only get 1 new unit each from now until the end of the year. Though I understand the desire for the other two armies to "catch up".

I'm expecting the Runewars production pipeline will be tied up with getting the new factions up to speed. That's a lot of models.
