When you fire one and spend your target lock can you also reroll your attack die

No. The lock has already been used to fire the weapon and is no longer around to spend for rerolls.

You can keep the target lock with a few missiles, but you have to spend it to use torpedoes. The TIE Punisher pilot "Redline" allows you to maintain 2 target locks on 1 ship, which leaves you one to modify your dice after spending one to fire your torpedoes/missiles.

Good addition. I forgot to add the part where every rule in this game has an exception somewhere - somehow.

You would need another game effect for those rerolls if your ordinance requires you to spend the target lock to fire. Firing with your own target lock then rerolling using Shara Bey's separate target lock comes to mind. Card effects like Wired or Predator which specifically allow rerolls for your attacks also work.

Homing missiles, ion pulse, advanced homing, prockets and xx-23(needs a focus). Those keep the TL. (And the future unguided, but you cannot use it, anyway).

Unguided Rockets require a focus to make the attack you can then spend it to modify your results.
