We just finished round one of our campaign, and the Empire defeated the Rebels at their outpost on Corfai. Does this mean the Empire gets 2 points since the victory bonus is 2 points for Corfai, or do they get 1 point for the victory plus 2 points as a bonus for a total of 3 points?

As an outpost battle, its 1 point for a Victory.

+ Victories are only for Base battles.

Yep, I'll stand corrected as below. I was confused because Outpost Battles are played as Normal Battles, rather than base Battles - but they are indeed scored as Base Battles

Unless there was an errata, the text is as follows in the guide

"After an assaulting player wins a battle at a location with a base or an outpost sticker, that base or outpost is destroyed, and the opposing team places a Destroyed sticker over the existing sticker. Then the assaulting player's team gains campaign points equal to that location's victory bonus value."

I'm curious if you get those points plus the point for winning.
