Also I don't see it mentioned but US Nationals also featured Alt Art Plastic Nebulon B Support Refit that was given out at side events.

I can add the Euro Championship as well. The price for the main event was Screen (same as the NA Championship, after all it was just another championship). As bonus you were able to get Luke and the VSD I (plastic) on the side event.

Same was on the Worlds 2016. They gave out a few of the old promo cards as bonus cards for each round. And Luke and VSD I (plastic) were prices for the team side event.
But i don't know if you want to add the bonus cards as well. But it will give a good indicator how many are flying around. Especially the VSD I is rather rare (as far as i know).

The double side Flotilla from the nationals is as well a plastic card, on top of being double sided.
